is a 501c3 non-profit affiliate of The Dance Element. Our mission is to entertain, educate, and inspire an appreciation for dance performance and visual arts. 

We utilize a diverse and innovative  integration of art forms to create an  unparalleled training experience for aspiring artists.

We provide serious dance students with pre-professional dance training that keeps a strong focus on classical ballet and contemporary dance, as well as performance and artistry. 

We regularly bring in Master Teachers

and facilitate opportunities for serious ballet and dance students to attend prestigious summer intensive programs, preparing them for professional dance careers.

 Element Productions Company dancers maintain a high level of classical ballet and dance technique, while inspiring others by being leaders and positive role models . 

At The Dance Element, Dance students learn about famous literary works.

Our dancers are given the unique opportunity to perform in amazing original adaptations that share beloved classic stories with the Wilmington NC community.
